Welcome. As noted in The Global Policy, this Site is not subject to most (or, likely) any known regulation regarding handling, transferring, selling and/or sharing of data related to or about You—or of data furnished or provided by You to Me or the Site or Service(s).
However, respecting your Privacy is key to Trust. Your privacy remains important! Complete this form to request that I attempt to remove any data related to You–particularly if You are a Registered User. Data must be such that 1) I am aware it exists, and existence is local (e.g., on My Web Server), and 2) that I can find or otherwise access it.
This is formally known as a ”Data Subject Access Request Form” or ”DSAR.” N.b.: DSAR tends to have a specific meaning, but here it takes a very narrow scope and comes with no guarantees.
Because I do not actively seek out Your personally-identifying data/information, it may be impossible for Me to process Your request. You probably are not allowed to sue Me even if You think I did not help or cooperate.
PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT
Because formal DSAR compliance is waived per regulation(s), You may not receive a reply after submission, let alone action on Your request.
However, if possible and applicable, I may reply either confirming that Your data has been removed (or removed in part)–or, if able–that Your data has been retained, or if it has not been found. I may include a reason, if I do reply, if I can.
You are NOT entitled to any sort of reply, any reason(s) for (in)action(s), and neither complete- or partial removal is guaranteed.
YOUR NEXT STEPS
You MUST immediately leave the Site upon submission of this DSAR form. Also, You MUST NOT return to this Site unless and until You once decide to agree to all terms of The Global Policy and any constituents. Further, You should immediately delete all cookies/cache from any browsers, and You should also restart Your browser and mobile device(s) to, among other things, prevent any unintentional cross-tracking.
DO NOT SEND DUPLICATE REQUESTS. As noted, You are not entitled to acknowledgment of Your request. If You submit multiple requests, You may face disciplinary actions, such as banning of Your IP address, removal of your account, banning creation of new account(s), or other penalties. You may also face financial or legal liabilities for noncompliance.
UPON RETURN: If You return to this Site after previously submitting a DSAR, You inherently and expressly (again) agree to all parts of- and to (again) be subject to The Global Policy. Further and at that point, data potentially about/related to You may or will be again collected or processed.
